Overview

One of the oldest clubs in Sydney, City Tattersalls Club was launched by a group of 20 bookies in 1895. Today, it is among the biggest and most well-known clubs across Australia. Located between Park Street and Market Street, the club is one of the best entertainment hotspots in Sydney.

Although the club prefers to stick to age old traditions, it has also evolved to deliver the latest and the most sophisticated facilities for its guests and members. City Tattersalls is home to lively bars, award-winning restaurants, and world-class facilities. Fitness freaks can avail of separate fitness centres for men and women. One of the highlights of City Tattersalls Club is Boonoona Ski Lodge, which is noted for its exquisite cuisine, excellent on-snow accommodation, and superior services. The lodge is located a short distance from the Perisher Ski Tube Terminal, making it easy for guests to approach any part of the ski fields with ease.

 

 

Gaming Facilities

City Tattersalls offers a Wheel of Fortune game that challenges guests and members to win as many as 12,000 points. However, it is available only to Rewards members in the Gold and Black tiers. The game can be played at 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday evening. Those who wish to play should visit the foyer kiosk from 8:00 p.m. to 8:25 p.m. and swipe their membership card on Wednesdays and drop their entry tickets into the entry barrel.

The club empties the barrel after every draw and entry tickets remain valid only on the date of their issue. Only those present during the draw can win prizes. The winners are required to claim their prizes in just four minutes after the announcement is made.

The club has yet another promotion for its black and gold members. On the evening of every Friday, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m., members stand the chance of winning EFTPOS Gift Cards worth $1000. To get an entry ticket, members should visit the foyer kiosk from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. and swipe their membership cards. Members should then drop their entry tickets into the barrel. The club clears the barrel after each draw. Winners are given four minutes within which they should claim their prize.

Non Gaming Facilities

City Tattersalls Club offers a number of non-gaming facilities as follows.

Dining – Guests and members enjoy fine dining at a number of cafes and restaurants.

Bars – Lime Bar, Omega Lounge, Lower Bar, Cocktail Bar, and other bars at the club give guests a chance to relax, socialize, and watch sports events.

Events - The club hosts ample event spaces.

Fitness Centres - The club offers separate men's and women's fitness centres for guests who want to stay fit. In addition, guests can also avail of a men's barber and a relaxing spa facility.

Boonoona Ski Lodge - This facility is widely acclaimed for its amazing cuisine and on-snow accommodation.

Rewards

City Tattersalls Club literally pampers its members with a wide range of benefits and discounts. The club is home to an exciting multi-tiered rewards program called Stature Rewards, through with it showers promotions, rewards, benefits, and access to a special member’s portal loaded with special offers.

Members are given a membership card, which they can use to earn points whenever they dine and play at City Tattersalls Club. The benefits a member can grab depend entirely on the points he/she has earned. Points can be redeemed for food and drinks, utility bills, cash, gift cards, and others. Redeeming points does not affect a member’s tier status.

The Blue Tier is open to all members, but members who earn more points are eligible for higher tiers with greater benefits. The highest tier is the Black Status, which can be achieved by earning over 9000 points in 180 days. The club calculates tier status based on the points guests earn in the course of a qualifying period.

The club reviews tier status every quarter in March, September, June, and December and notifies guests if any changes have been made to their tier status.
